Mona Scott


Along with husband Doug, Hazel Larson and Jess Drinkle, Mona was the first to attend an ACBL tournament at the Winnipeg Northern Lights Sectional in May 1956.

She held various offices in the bridge clubs of the day.

She was one of the first teachers and promoters of bridge.

In 1966 Mona became the first woman in Saskatchewan to reach the rank of Life Master.

In 1974 she became the first player in Saskatchewan to amass 1,000 Master points.
